As noted, most cameras are at least good enough these days. However, if the Canon R5 interests you but the budget is a little much, please look into the Canon R7, Canon's top of the line APS-C model. It has the incredible dual-pixel autofocus and can use any Canon lens made since 1987 with an inexpensive adapter. It's a third the price of the R5 and can capture 4K @60FPS, so unless you need 8K video it can do about anything you might want. They're even making a VR180 lens for it which ships this year. I'll be honest, I really want one. I have an R series camera and I love it, but that R7 is about everything I've ever wanted in a camera.
