Do not EVER get a server with reliablesite.net. I don't know if HostedinVegas is full of shit and has some type of relationship with them, but I've had servers for 25+ years now and in the past 30+ hours I've never seen such a shitshow of a server company. They have no idea what's going on over there.
I was told it would be 10 mins to get my server, and after 3 different occasions of being told it's ready to go it still hasn't been delivered and they're refusing to refund me.
