Hey Dorian,
I don't have much information to offer on paid traffic, and I know there are a lot of really talented individuals in this forum who could provide insight there. You said you don't have the money to spend on traffic there, but it might be the only way to quickly generate valuable traffic. I'll leave that to the experts, though.
When it comes to standard on-page SEO, you might want to look at the mainstream articles from Moz. SEO is very difficult in the adult industry, but it can't hurt to do things right. That means from the code and all the way through the content. They have a beginners guide to SEO which I have found very helpful when explaining the ins-and-outs to clients. There is, of course, a lot more to it than Search Console on Google.
I think if you're trying to compete as a TGP in 2024, then you really need to have brand new content that is in demand constantly. Surfers have short attention spans and there are tons of other ways to get "free porn." That means great partnerships and networking. I don't have a ton of experience working for TGPs, but my clients use them, and they are very particular about who they partner with.
Two days isn't very much time. I always tell my clients that a website, any website, is a living creature. It needs concentrated effort, care, and time. I think that is especially true for the adult industry.
