I stayed long time in Playa del Carmen and Vallarta last years. Price there went up after Corona. But now the pesos is 20% down again, so it is getting cheaper again
I was always buying kilo's picanha, salmon and vegetables for my BBQ in Costco. In Holland everything would be at least 5 times more expensive. And without view over the blue ocean. Ps, best meat is in Costco or local butcher, other supermarkets sometimes had green meat... not one time, many times.
Tomorrow it is time for an 1 hour massage for 10 usd (inlcuding tip).
If i was Huggles i would head for the local Coscto, Wallmart or market. Or better, just take a plane to Mexico or Thailand.
