Here's a little help for you, nobody will be offended if you get it wrong. It's how you behave and react to someone pointing out that you used the wrong pronouns.
For example if you call someone who prefers they/them a he/him and they say "I prefer they/them" and you go "oh sorry, I'll use that going forward" then the interaction is done and you're fine, just be mindful of it.
But if you start being a blithering useless cunt of a human being, then well maybe you should stop being a snowflake.
Pronouns aren't fucking hard to use, they're just like names. Once you learn someone's name/pronoun you use it.
