Any updates?
Fly to the country... bring a camera, go into the Red Light District but don't film anyone who doesn't want to be filmed.
Make friends with some of the girls, buy a few drinks, talk to the taxi drivers. They might know the exact clubs or bars you need to go to.
This is what we did in the early 2000's to film a porn site in Costa Rica, Just going to the bars and meeting people was 1/2 the fun!
