Support is aware of the issue, they have been since yesterday morning. They have passed it off to the techs.
That it is still broken a day later, in my opinion, means that it is a big issue.
But we know they are working on it.

That was posted last night.
Initially, it wasn't clear how widespread this was. At this point, yes, there's probably no need to send additional emails -- every affiliate seems to be affected and I imagine they're receiving tons of messages. I myself received no reply and I was worried that support/tech/whomever wasn't taking the matter seriously.
Let's keep each other updated.
