Also, no one can guarantee anything when it comes to SEO, especially these days. 5-10 years ago, it was easy, you just need to add original content, exchange links with other webmasters, one, two links per month, a couple of forum posts and signatures here and there, and visit would rise from month to month.

I think that SEO is unofficially dead. Sites with thousands of shitty spam backlinks can rise to top 10 on Google Search, others with white hat SEO will be in a sandbox for years.
