There's some things I could change like quitting weed and nicotine vapes. But I have great genetics and my ADHD keeps me physically active at all times so I've never had a weight problem and I look like I'm in my early 20's when I'm in my early 40's (except for a developing gray patch on my beard).
Might come back to bite me in the ass in the future, but as of now I'm going on just fine eating when I'm hungry, drinking when I'm thirsty and sensibly partying whenever I feel like it. Only workout I do is a morning run that I've been doing since I was in the military 20+ years ago. More of a comfort habit than anything else.
