Take that 4 milly, move to somewhere poppin' and rent a nice place. Get a shitbox car that will do a burnout. Get some nice clothes, work out, make friends with the locals. In a couple of years you'll have a nice life with lots of money still in the bank, even if you blow a few hundred a night livin' the rich young urban dream.
If your spare time, make a video game about living urban and all the characters you meet. There really aren't many "social adventure" games on Steam.
Having a nice life has never been easier if you have money, having a shitty life has never been easier if you have no money, either!
