Don't most countries have laws regarding underage pics? I know the US does and it should apply to AI as well. New laws are going to have to be enacted or changed.

What they want to do is to ban the sexualization of pictures: you didn't ask to consent to those who were used to make the picture (this is a thesis inspired by this ban of deep fakes, I just extended the idea a little bit). If they really want to control sex like a totalitarian regime, they are just going to be rational with the latest ideas that worked.
