We are looking for experienced OF Chatters with excellent English skills and great emotional intelligence for rapidly growing accounts.
The accounts are already at 15k and soon will be past 20k.
**What We Require:**
- 🇬🇧 Great English proficiency
- 👤💻 Experience working on OF accounts at least +3 months (with proof)
- 💸 Consistent sales during 8-hour shift
- ⚖️ A strong ability to balance sales with relationship-building
- 🔋 Coachable, Reliable and Team workers

**Note:**
Our hiring process is demanding and will take approx. 3-4 **hours** to complete in total. It includes an initial application form, a skills assessment form and two interviews with a live exam. If you are successful you will be promptly onboarded and receive training for approx. 6-10 days (you will be paid during this period).
