they come from everywhere these days. i've got China attacking one site for the past 14 days at around 700-1000 unique IPs per minute. i've collected a list of 100k+ IPs. i redirect them to the Chinese cybercrime page and also submit the IP list every few days.
we do age restriction filtering for PornCMS clients. its a built-in option.
covers a few countries and bunch of states.
