But then one day you notice you spent an entire day shoveling snow. Then the power goes out for two days the entire family huddles up in front of the wood stove, the same wood stove you spend all summer collecting wood for.
I don't want to adjust. And I was bothered by it. It's a major pain in the ass.
I still have family and friends in NJ and New England. They are on Facebook saying "here we go again". This morning I went to a ground breaking ceremony a few blocks from my house and took my dog. I've decided to live some place where it doesn't snow and we don't have such problems.

I used to hate Snow but not any longer. I consider myself lucky to live in a place with such dynamic seasons. It just makes me love spring even more. Since I bought my new house I have got into gardening, geek style. Raspberry Pi’s and sensors for a smart garden, etc. This year I will add a webcam to the sensor data and feed it to AI to try to increase foliage . Fun! Nerdy! Somebody beat me up!
