It sucks and shouldn't be this way, but a lot of times a minor change, delete the pending and resubmit as a different clip will get it through faster than trying to dance with support.
Support was absolutely ADAMANT that I was not the person briefly visible in the mirror (cameraperson) when it was me. Eventually I just deleted the clip and resubmitted it with the profile of a bigger guy (I'm a small woman) and it was approved in 15 mins.
