we're an AI companion platform in the adult space looking for an experienced traffic lead.

large content library ready to deploy. need someone who can build and run our entire social distribution operation across reddit, telegram, X/twitter.

this isn't a VA role. you'd own the strategy, hire and manage operators underneath you, and be accountable for results.

what you'll do:
- build distribution strategy across reddit, telegram, X
- hire and manage sub-operators/VAs (we provide budget for this)
- decide which platforms, subreddits, channels to hit
- track performance across all channels (we provide UTM links)
- report weekly on clicks, signups, cost per acquisition
- we provide content library + budget, you run the show

what we're looking for:
- 6+ months running traffic for OF creators or adult platforms
- managed reddit accounts, TG channels, or X at scale
- you know what converts vs what's just engagement theater
- bonus: you have a network of operators you can bring

pay: $500-1,500/mo for you
start: 2-week paid test, then monthly
