See the problem here is if that script is truly a blatant rip off it should have been killed at the source. I remember that original thread several months ago. Nothing has been done to stop the distribution of this script since then????
Now you have honest webmasters getting the script and using it not knowing about this entire incident. (Not everyone reads GFY). I am not taking sides either way because I do not know how the law perceives the modification of the script. However Choker may want to go after the source of this script before it spreads even further. Blacklisting every single TGP that uses it is just going to make the situation worst.
