Theives and those who support thieves will make excuses till the cows come home. Stramm is right Wendy. Sue me. You think a Judge would even hear a trial about a porn peddler suing another porn peddler because Porn Peddler A put Porn Peddler B into his little blacklist database for using a stolen program from a wanna be Porn Peddler in Spain? LOL. Get real.

Let's try to remain focused people. This whole discussion boils down to a software ownership issue. This is not apples, not content, not web pages... It is a traffic trade software title(s) and the ownership of one or more of the software titles is in dispute.
Again, I will remind you that at no time during this discussion have stated or suggested, I would or should seek, any legal action against you.
While I do find your statements as to and in that particular scope of discussion misleading, when in fact it has been numerous others who have suggested the same.
It is though your responsibility to make reasonable effort and properly register your ownership interests, according to applicable laws.
What I have repeatedly attempted to communicate to you is, your first fight is with Icefire, the developer and distributor (
http://cjoverkill.icefire.org/ ) of CJOVERKILL you claim is yours.
While I acknowledge you passionate stance in this matter, if is counterproductive if you continue putting the cart before the horse.
Although I have remained somewhat level headed, and attempted to respectfully maintain a decorum to assist in the resolution of the complex issues presented.
