Defend himself! Of course he (Choker) has to defend himself. Anytime you come after me and refer to me as a thief, you better believe he has to defend himself.
Mind you, this is a man who should have properly and legally addressed his concerns and claims to the developer of CJOverkill.
Choker missed that window of opportunity. His oversight and or pure procrastination is not my fault.
I seem to have to remind you that I am an END-USER, and any issue choker has with the cjoverkill software should be presented to that company.
You are of course entitled to your opinion.
Since you raised the question and or suggestion, and brings us to an arena, I have purposely stayed out of as a matter of courtesy to choker.
Currently choker is on another active thread
http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showth...hreadid=189615 where he is appealing for site owners to band together, and donate money to a mutually benefiting fund. These funds as chocker proposes would be used to retain legal representation (lawyer) and form some type of unified response to ACACIA litigation.
Seems choker has received one of those letters, and he expects webmasters to step up to the plate, under the guise of this corporative he is attempting to form will help all who send in their money.
Thank you Tropical for reminding me, this is not the man I want to send my money to. Has choker gone absolutely nuts?
Whets he looking to do, raise some bucks in a legal defense fund so he can divert some of those dollars to do legal battle with cjoverkill developers?
Listen up choker! I will be the first to admit, you have come up with some interesting ideas in the past. Considering your need to play catch-up with registrations for TTT, which you should have done months ago, it might be best if you reassess your fundraising efforts.
While I feel his approach to battling ACACIA, is a step in the right direction, he may want to seek legal counsel prior to accepting the first dollar. I for one would not consider sending you any money, due in large part of you abysmal failure in dealing with CJoverkill directly, back when you had a chance.
Serious business choker... This is a far cry from the squabble between you and CJOVERKILL.
Things get a little tricky when you go pubic to raise money. There will be a tremendous amount of registrations, documentation and record keeping depending on the initial formation you choose.
Make the wrong move on soliciting money for your anticipated legal problems, and you are sure to end up with much bigger ones. Then at the end of the day, it all comes down to your brewing battle with ACACIA is your individual battle, and would be of little or no advantage to the average webmaster tossing his hundred bucks into the pot.
Hey, but why worry?
According to you, i don't know what I am talking about.
