Geeze. Imagine a civil defendant, an ocean away. But then what is there to gain. At least getting a default judgment would be something.
At that point he could say to the world, I have a judgment filed in Orange County"
This whole deal between between those two developers is murky at best.
Poor software product registrations and missed opportunities for both of those guys.
Fighting the battle for choker and setting up his business affairs properly would be too much of a burden.
So if he can't get at the developer, are you suggesting it is ok to come after me, the end user of his competitors software.
Where is the logic in that?
