If the site makes $130,000 a year then the math to sell for $35,000 doesn't add up.
If you want $35,000 then just wait three months and you will have it. However; selling for $100,000 now makes sense because you don't have to wait a year to get a big lump sum.
I mean if you need $35k bail money then I can understand it; other wise I don't see that you are making $130K.
