For a long time I only had vaginal orgasms. It was only a couple years ago that I also started having clitorial orgasms too. I'm very bisexual and have been with a lot of women--most of whom never have orgasms with the men in their lives. I think most women don't have real orgasms with men because most men suck in bed and don't put in the effort.
