muffy, what you say is true HOWEVER a guy would LIKE the woman he is with - or even women just in public - to grab or stroke themselves in public.
almost all exposure arrests are men showing their dicks - almost no women showing anything... and boys are taught to pee at a urinal in front of other boys, whereas little girls are usually taught to hide any nudity.
if most men could only work these differences out, and figure out how to work with them, they'd get laid a lot more!
