I just found this site so I am not sure of the results I will get but it is an idea none the less. I am going to start pointing my exit links to a site that has literally thousands of small "G" rated pics for people to check out and have my exit link say "NOT 18 BUT STILL WANT THE BABES CLICK HERE" or something like that, then I will tweak the url code a little to point directly to the gallery of "teen" or "celebrity" pics. It's a site that sells posters and I get 15-20% as well as referral incentives. I'm not trying to promote this site here just telling you my new idea so I won't post the url, if you want to try it get ahold of me and I will send it to you
