Yeah, it smells like shit. I questioned this site also, in the thread you mentioned, and there was NO response. Instead, the page at
http://www.littlestephanie.com/referral.html was changed and the fact that Lil Stephanie was 15 was changed. But, I took a screenshot of the URL BEFORE it was changed, and I intend to report it.
