100 in a 65mph zone? That is borderline reckless driving. 25 is considered reckless driving here in Indiana. And I have been pulled over for doing 30 over. 75 in a 45 zone. Pleaded it to 64 in a 45 and got 4 pts and a $100 fine. I was told by the officer when I got my ticket that he could have taken me to jail if he wanted... DAMN Glad he didn't! Just turned 18 3 days before, so maybe that is why he gave me a break
If they have to chase it is considered evading, and that is a criminal record. Tough break Bone.

Never heard of reckless driving being a criminal record. Guess there are different types of reckless driving.
If someone comes through my neighborhood going 50, I think they should fry! Since there are 10 kids playing at any given time during the day everyone should drive 20 like the speed limit says. On the highway, things are different..
