This list is current to the 04/12/2004.
It's in the order of # of passwords.
If you're having problems w/ stolen accounts, seriously lock down multiple IPs. There's no reason a user should login simultaneously on 3 or more IPs. Usually happens when dialup dies, and that's only 2 ips in the same c class subnet.
If that happens, ask them to verify a detail such as their name. No verify hahahaha no account.
