No, you cant subsitute Mohammad (Peace be upon his soul) for Jesus because Muslims dont consider Mohammad (Peace be upon his soul) for a God or Son of God which makes him god-like as Christians do. Mohammad is considered the messenger of Allah by most Muslims. Allah is the same as God only "Allah" is how you say "God" in Arabic.
