Fuck that, when you force those papers to be signed you're showing your "loved one" that you aren't completely 100% trusting, confident, and devoted to her. I agree with you 100%. Too many people take marriage lightly, and I think that is where the pre-nup is comming from. If you think the person is a money grubbing whore, than maybe you should reconsider marrying them rather than pulling out the pre-nup, or if you know and want to marry them anyways, than you get what you deserve.
What has happened to the sanctity of marriage?
