I'm registered as unemployed here, so I'm not entitled to pay any taxes at all.
All the payoff I receives, goes into various bank accounts here. I spread them out and nobody is really checking things out down here. I don't think they really care because afterall, I do bring money into the country.
We all pay some kind of taxes one way or another. When you buy something, there's always VAT on it. So, even if you don't pay income tax, the government will get the money on your spendings anyway.
The more money you have and earn, the more you'll likely spend.
