Just so I am clear. A cute model comes to you and say's Hey will you build me a site? YOU are willing to take care of All expenses AND you will run and manage the site Just as long as the site is exclusive to you for the 1st month?
After the 1st month your going to continue to take care of all the bills and Run it and update it. At which point she she can hope that other affiliates sign up and promote this site. Meanwhile your doing this all for nothing ?
Who's paying the server bill on this hot new site? who paid for processing. Who is paying the small fee to the people you know to shoot the content? Oh and when does your Fee for running the site start to kick in?
Dedicated people who run self contained sites like Alley and jake , Newbreed and Arika, Sammy and Brett are not the norm. They are the exception.
Look at your Sig. That site is successful because of the company that created it and pushed it. And once again that is the exception to the rule.
