No offense meant, I understand that models are important, but they are also a dime a dozen in most cases. Finding somebody who knows how to build, maintain, and successfully promote a pay site is priceless.
I've had models under exclusive contracts that stated a specific figure that they were paid PER SHOOT. Fuck giving up a percentage of my hard work and years of investing in networking and education to somebody who can be replaced so quickly and easily.
Treat the models nicely, pay them a fair market price per shoot, and if things really work out well?Give them a kickback just to be nice.
