1 thing though, I have HORRIBLE sleeping habbits, that might be why as well
alot of days I go to bed at 5-10am, and I tend to wake up most days at 4-6PM!

That's not good, did that for some time, too, but it really fucks up your digestive system, especially if you smoke and drink alot of coffee, too. Maybe it's just a nervous stomach, try regular times for meals, don't skip breakfast, avoid very fat or proteine rich food, don't hurry when eating...A pizza next to the keyboard at 2am is fun, but your stomach doesn't really like it
Go check a doctor, just to be sure it's nothing serious.
