name one pro wtf are you talking about I sure hope you dont beleive those ads, a shake here and there yes but thats about it.
When you spend 250 - 800 bucks an hour to talk on the phone with pros like jay cutler, lee priest, ronnie colman etc. and get facts let me know.
Fact is there are very few big guys walking around yet millions of people are shoving these shakes down, dont kid yourself please.
