there are some pros at my old gym.. they use MRP sometimes... but then they'll eat something like chicken and rice 20 minutes later.. and then stick their ass with some T... some GH in the tummy... maybe some insulin.. drink 20g creatine.... they do everything in excess!
but yes, people who think 1-2 MRP per day with no food or solid training and look like a BB are fooling themselves
