Then you haven't had somebody cook it for you right baby...You gotta make sure that it's cut THIN so that the edges get crispy..If you cut it too thick it will be soft on the inside and not as good.
And yes Tanker, these people just don't know how much scrapple is loved. If I knew somebody around here that did it, I'd drive a long way to get it too.
