After 2 years and 2 months of fighting the most grueling audit ever, it finally ended today in the final round of appeals. Every single charge the Canadian Government tried to get out of my company was dismissed unanimously and they ended up owing me money (+2 years of arrears interest). Ohhh, today is a beautiful day when the government finally conceded that all my accounting practices were in-line with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my back! Wohoo! Time to celebrate! Wohoo!!
