Questions:
I see several with lift packages - 3 inches seems to be about standard. Good/bad?
anything over a two inch requires mods to the drive line suspension (can't use stock shocks, need slip yoke adapter, ect) if your talking about a suspension and not just a body lift.
What is a good size tire/wheel?
33s 15 inch. I like super swampers for offroading
Bikini top - what the heck is that?
A little tarp that makes your jeep look sexy
Anything I really, really need to make sure it has?
a dana 44 rear axle...saves the headache later
Any other advice you have will be greatly appreciated!!

The most important is after market full roll cage mounted to the frame.
I have 97 TJ with 6-7 inch lift, running 36 ss, front and back arb lockers, long arms and 4 to 1 transfer case. Not most comfortable ride but fun to drive.
Good Luck
