ePassporte didn't tie your money up. The merchant from whom you were attempting to make a purchase with did. It should only take one FAX and 24 hours to remove the pending authorization if the documentation is complete and accurate. And HTTP is right. ePassporte has the abiltiy to automatically remove the pending charges after 30 days if the auth is not setteled.
