it's called OWNING THE COPYRIGHT.

Now with that in mind, the problems most everyone has in using Paris pics is simply ROP
RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY-

It's a big reason why Evan's site is called Hotelheiress.com and not Paris Hilton Naked.com

Secondly, you must own the rights to the pics you are hosting-
The pics you have are NOT LICENSED. Period.

Public domain only can only be used in the situation where a celebrity is photographed in PUBLIC- on public property.

Not getting out of her car, not her cell phone pics, and not in her own home.

If you had pics of Paris that YOU took on a beach in LA
DIFFERENT story.

I don't see those kinds of pics anywhere however, and in my opinion ( and I think I know what I am talking about) you are clearly infringing.
