So who won?

I see lots of people promoting celeb stuff. Some say that it's legit because it's not them, but their sponsor who is responsible (therefore, if their sponsor is doing it illegally, the webmaster isn't in the wrong, since he got the banner from the sponsor). Hmm.... I don't really think that's the way it goes...
