haven't set one up, but as an affiliate for many sites i 've had the following problems with ccbill:

they allow the affilliate to sign up with mutliple affiliations under the same affiliate number. however, a unique number is assigned to correspond with each paysite account - the original number is used only for initial login to check stats at ccbill, and the for the first paysite account. signed up for.

ccbill decided to hardcode a "-0000" postfix to each paysite account number that did not have a subaccount postfix (eg -0002). they neglected to tell any webmasters about this. i'm still not sure if this mattters.

when i called ccbill (they wouldn't do it via e-mail), though i connected to the proper department,i had to speak to 3 people in 3 different depts. before finding someone who knew anything about the affiliate program. this individual's job had no relationship to the information he had.

when i mentioned the problems, broken manual link, and made a suggestion, i'm quite certain these comments were placed in a round file.

though ibill and globill have better visibility i recommend these guys for feature strength: http://www.affiliatetracking.net/
they're what retroraunch uses.
