Nothing further has been said by him since that new thread was started because he realizes I'm completely complying with what he wants. In fact, I agree to pay the $350 that he said he'd "give" me because that would put him in the hole (he doesn't seem to good with math).

Now, through a third party who was trying to settle this, I have learned that he wants me to just remove all the banners and leave his name on the account.

Does this mean you're ready to do what you were supposed to do to stay on that account? Will you be sending me monthly promo updates?
