I'd like you to quote where I lied. You said I lied earlier. I'd like you to point it out so I can respond.
And STILL the facts remain:
Fletch should have settled this privately. Read the emails: I was open to paying him. I didn't immediately respond after he replied with the price he wanted. I didn't like it. I thought it was too high.
I counter offered. He got mad. Then came board drama.
Everything else is emotional. The facts are this should have been taken care of off the boards.
