you can't compare this industry with any other. Coke also wouldn't send their customers over to Pepsi to try and earn some extra revenue - that is common practice in this industry. This industry is way more open than any other that I know of. People regulary share information to help each other make more money.
Can't speak for others....but we always make our biz decesions based on what's good for our business.....not based on personal stuff....
