What punishment should the man get, the guy who fucked the woman and started the unwanted pregnancy?
You want to force the woman to give up a year of her life and go thru the agony of giving her own child to strangers. okay, sound great. But what about the man? How should he be punished?
He's at least half responsible, right? What happens to him? What law do we write to punish fathers of unwanted fetums?
