What's the difference? if there's a shit load of links up there for those old sites, there's sure as hell going to be a ton of links up for CC which aren't active anymore. Do you really think CC would let that go to waste?

YES because when they terminate you, they do it for a reason, in most cases it is because they didn't want your traffic in the first place.
The borden is on you to prove it. You come on here saying 6 months from now they will change the TOS page and start taking your traffic and making money off of it for themselves. You need to prove what you are saying, you brought it up. Damn if you can't prove what you are saying, then you shouldn't be opening your mouth.
