The thing is they are obviously saying that Ron Jeremy even though in a normal pose is 'alarming'.
This is only because he is a pornstar. The person must watch porn to realise who Ron Jeremy is.
Email them back and ask why it is 'alarming' as you would like to know. Do not say that you know who Ron Jeremy is. Then they may reply with 'because Ron Jeremy is a porn star'. Then ask 'How do you know?'
