He may be a great guy but the way he went about it will discourage anyone worth employing. He's basically said tell me loads of personal shit but I'm gonna give you no real details of what's in it for you. People worth employing just aren't gonna reply to that. He says check out our current opportunaties but then gives no info at all on them.
I wish him luck - he's gonna need it.
