Call me Mr. Sillbugger, but isnt it illlegal in EVERY state to record a phone call without informing the other party that you're doing it? My telco days are long in my pst, but isnt that why everytime you call a company they must put the "May be monitored or recorded" message before the call can be connected to an employee? Now I think I see why R3k would want sleaz-o to take it to the local PD...
